All goods purchased from Developer Direct Online must be checked for suitability and quality before pick up/delivery and installation. We take zero responsibility for items determined to be damaged, defective or incorrect after their installation.
Check all items as you receive them and contact us within 48 hours of receival if you experience issues with your product.
If your product is unsuitable, return your goods within 14 days and receive a full refund less postage. Packaging must be fully intact, and the product must be in original condition.
All products come with 12 month warranty (conditions apply).
All items must be installed by a licensed plumber or trades person.
If you are returning goods due to defect and the goods you return are found not to be defective, we will bill you a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price of your item.
